📦 Processing Time
We ship all orders within 2–3 business days using standard carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
At Freya & Dax, we use minimal, eco-friendly packaging to reduce our environmental impact.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
⚠️ Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note: Once a package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact your local postal service directly.
